Troy Fulks
Managing Member
Our family-owned artificial turf company began with the vision of Troy Fulks, the founder and owner of TexasTurf. Troy’s future in landscaping began at a young age with a love for nature and a fascination for plants. After completing his B.A. in Ornamental Horticulture in San Diego, CA, he began a successful landscaping company.
Troy is the company leader and example of service professionalism and high quality customer care. He and our team volunteer time and resources to Celebration of Love and other organizations in the community. Troy is also a devoted husband and father to three children
Stefan Fulks
Managing Member
Stefan Fulks, Troy’s son, grew up in the family businesses. Stefan's creativity is expressed fully in the art of landscape design with the incorporation of Artificial Turf. His creativity and passion for nature was found while traveling to many different countries at a young age.
"Different experiences and canvases from around the world have certainly influenced my creativity in a beautiful way". Growing up with a supportive family, Stefan was able to gain experience and eventually partner with his father. Within less than a decade from the beginning, they have built one of the highest rated and recommended artificial turf companies in Central Texas.

Allison Pasch
Landscape Consultants
Allison Pasch has been with Texas Turf for over 7 years. She has a passion for creating stunning, balanced, and luxurious landscape designs and poolscapes that minimize water wastage by using artificial turf. Allison has a B.A. in Environmental Science and an M.A. in Sustainability with a focus in water conservation from Texas State University - San Marcos. Her hobbies include stand-up paddle boarding, writing, and traveling. Ask Allison about pairing artificial turf with native plants and river rock designs!
Daniel Toney
Landscape Consultants
Daniel has over 8 years of consulting and sales experience. He has been with TexasTurf for over 3 years and his expert knowledge of turf shines through on each project he completes. Daniel creates a thorough experience for each of his clients and communicates the details from start to finish. Daniel is an avid outdoor enthusiast and in his free time he gardens, hikes and goes on camping trips.
Hunter Parker

Hunter has been with TexasTurf for over a year and takes pride in helping clients achieve the green oasis of their dreams. Whether it's a sprawling backyard or a cozy urban garden, he has a knack for recommending the perfect turf solution. Operations Manager
Ivana Fulks is no stranger to the world of landscaping. Having grown up immersed in the landscape industry, Ivana's passion for our company runs deep. Ivana's role in managing operations at TexasTurf is pivotal, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. It has been such a privilege to work alongside family to grow the business. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Ivana ensures effective communication with all our clients, reflecting our commitment to serving diverse communities.
Madeleine Baird
Office Manager
Madeleine has joined the TexasTurf team as a new Office Manager. She recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Business. Maddie brings a strong foundation in communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to her role. She is currently supporting Ivana with day-to-day operational tasks, demonstrating her ability to quickly adapt and contribute to the team. In her free time, Maddie enjoys staying active through running and pickleball, and exploring the vibrant Austin food scene. Fun fact: Maddie learned how to play 3 new sports during her senior year at UT—tennis, pickleball, and golf!
